What is Freedom to Fly?
Freedom to Fly is an evening of clean comedy, honest stories, audience interaction, and encouragement.
For years, people have invited me into churches because they wanted people to laugh. Somewhere along the way, I realized laughter does something remarkable—it reminds us that we're not alone.
Most of my stories aren't about someone else's mistakes.
They're about mine.
The awkward moments.
The parenting failures.
The misunderstandings.
The times life didn't go according to plan.
People laugh because they've been there too.
By the end of the evening, my hope is that people leave smiling, encouraged, and reminded that God's grace is bigger than the mistakes that so often define us.
The Freedom That Grows When Grace Leads The Conversation
John 3:17 has always stood out to me.
Jesus didn't come into the world to condemn the world. He came to save it.
That verse doesn't minimize truth, and it doesn't excuse sin. It reminds me of the posture Christ chose when He entered a broken world.
That's the posture I want to reflect.
I'm not a pastor, and I'm not trying to preach a sermon disguised as comedy.
I'm a comedian who happens to follow Jesus.
I tell stories that help people laugh because I know what it feels like to fail, to be misunderstood, and to need grace myself.
If people leave feeling lighter than when they arrived, more connected to one another, and encouraged in their walk with Christ, then we've had a great evening.
